The next target demographic for a fad diet: jail-breakers. Rafael Valadao certainly won’t try another escape without dropping a few pounds, not after getting wedged in the wall at the prison in Ceres, Brazil, during a bold bid for freedom. One inmate made it out, but two others goofed and let the big fella go next, and his screams of pain soon alerted the guards. They had a big laugh, even though the area has been rife with prison escapes, and once he returns from the infirmary, Valadao will probably have a new nickname: Corky. And our new diet? Call it “The Shawshank Reduction.”
